Powerful Project Teams training course - one day
The course generates peak productivity and creativity through excellent team communications and working relationships, and gives new insights into any business issue. It is based on the Whole Brain® Thinking approach, which is a truly powerful business tool in a way that Belbin, Myers-Briggs and other standard tools are not. It uniquely operates on all three levels - individual, team and business.
In the morning delegates master all three levels, something not possible with the standard tools. Once individual and team profiles are identified and understood, then the third level - of practical business applications - provides the greatest return on investment.
In the afternoon delegates apply their new knowledge by developing new skills of situational behaviour. They discover they are a mix of their four selves, and how they can appear to others. They then learn how to cope, by behaving situationally, so that team performance and effectiveness are dramatically improved.
