Michael leads change in large, complex organisations in the public and private sectors. Within change management, his specialism is Learning & Development. Michael has discovered a way of designing Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Whole Brain Thinking® into coaching, mentoring and training to ensure that people reach their potential.
So that clients benefit from business transformation, or developing products, processes, systems and technology, on time, on budget and with controlled risk.
He combines the art and emotion of people change with the logic and science of programme and project management, tailored to the client culture, across the business and project life-cycles, across the functional divides.
Michael is motivated by being in uncharted territory where his strategic planning skills come to the fore.
He has been a successful Interim Business Change Leader since 1992.
His previous career was spent in the Defence sector with British Aerospace, Plessey, and the Royal Air Force. He is MoD SC cleared.
